Open play every day, plus junior coaching on weekends. Both members and guests must register in advance for Open Play and check in at the front desk.
Open Play uses a stand-and-marker system so games run fairly and courts turn over smoothly.
The club uses stands to manage court queues. Each stand holds up to 4 rackets and represents one queue. If a stand is full, use the next available one.
A marker shows which stand is "next available" — that group plays as soon as a court opens.
Players in queue wait for the current game to finish, then may ask those on court to vacate.
To join a queue, place one racket in a stand — one per player. You can't reserve a spot for someone who isn't present.
If you're on a court, you can't also have a racket in a stand — you can't play and wait at the same time.
Pick any stand up to its 4-racket limit. Players who want to play together can share a stand.
Never move another player's racket between stands without their consent.
Only complete groups of 4 may take an open court. It's the group's job to have all four ready when their turn comes.
A group that isn't complete when its turn arrives forfeits that turn until it has 4 players. It may invite players coming off the court to fill in.
You may pull your racket from a stand anytime. If it was a full stand, the rest should find a replacement. You can't withdraw once your group is moving onto a court.
Any player may join a stand that currently has 3 or fewer rackets.
To cancel an Open Play registration and receive a refund, withdraw at least 4 hours in advance.
When a group moves onto a court, the "next available" marker moves to the next-higher stand — or back to stand 1 after the last one.
