These rules keep courts fast, fair and in great condition for everyone.
Check in at the front desk before you play.
Non-marking indoor court shoes are required — badminton shoes preferred. Black-sole and street shoes aren't allowed; entry is denied for non-compliance and session fees aren't refunded.
All account requests go through support@leapstrike.club; verbal requests won't be honored.
Using another member's ID to enter is fraud. It carries a $200 fine and may lead to permanent termination.
During member hours, if demand exceeds courts, players are queued in check-in order. See the Open Play policy for how queuing stands work.
Vacate the court when your open-play session ends, unless the next session still has open slots.
Play singles on a singles court — or on a doubles court only if no one is waiting for doubles.
Bring your own shuttles. They're also available to buy at the club.
Clean up your trash before you leave the facility.
LeapStrike retains rights to all photos and video taken on the premises, including CCTV — used for security, live streaming and social media.
Treat staff, coaches and fellow players with courtesy. Unsportsmanlike behavior isn't tolerated; we may warn, suspend or terminate membership without refund.
Play carries an inherent risk of injury; you take part voluntarily and at your own risk. A separate waiver may be required at enrollment or check-in.
