Dues are billed on the 1st of each month, and all memberships renew automatically.
All payments run through the CourtReserve app. Keep your payment details current there to avoid billing interruptions.
The one-time initiation fee is non-refundable, including if you later cancel.
Submit all account requests — changes, cancellations, holds — by email to support@leapstrike.club. Verbal requests can't be documented and won't be processed.
Cancellations require at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. Email support@leapstrike.club to cancel.
You may freeze or hold your membership for up to two months at no charge. Send freeze requests to support@leapstrike.club.
Spouses and children on a primary account must live at the same address as the primary member. We may refuse or revoke membership if valid ID confirming this isn't provided.
No refund is issued on dues when a cancellation doesn't meet the 30-day notice requirement.
Using another member's ID to enter the facility is fraud. It carries a $200 fine and may lead to permanent membership termination.
Bring your own shuttles. They're also available to buy at the club.
LeapStrike retains rights to all photos and video taken on the premises, including CCTV — used for security, live streaming and social media.
Treat staff, coaches and fellow players with courtesy. Unsportsmanlike behavior isn't tolerated; we may warn, suspend or terminate membership without refund.
Play carries an inherent risk of injury; you take part voluntarily and at your own risk. A separate waiver may be required at enrollment or check-in.
